Here’s a step-by-step process of how our agency works

1. Fill Out and Submit our Application This form will help us get acquainted with your family and determine your childcare needs and preferences.
2. Schedule an Initial Consultation Once we have received your family’s application, Anytime Nanny will call you to ask follow-up questions and become better acquainted with your family’s individual needs. We’ll also send you our Agreement.
3. Sign and Submit the Agreement This contract outlines our agency’s terms and conditions. Please review it carefully, and don’t hesitate to ask us any questions you may have about the Agreement.
4. Review Top Nanny Matches After our contract has been signed and returned, we will e-mail you up to three candidate profiles that we have carefully chosen based on our discussion of your family’s needs and preferences. After reviewing the profiles, select the top childcare provider whom you are most interested in for an initial interview.
5. Schedule an Interview We will work with you and your top choice nanny to arrange a time to interview. We recommend conducting first an adult interview between the parent(s) and the prospective nanny, followed by a child-centered interview where the nanny is able to interact with the child(ren). If the first nanny you meet isn’t a perfect fit, we will arrange additional interviews as needed.
6. Select a Nanny Once you’ve decided on the right nanny for your family, please let us know. Payment to the agency is due upon written agreement between the family and the nanny.
7. Stay in Touch We invest a lot of time and training with our nannies to ensure that we provide quality service each and every time.
